As a valued member of our volunteer community, we kindly request that you adhere to the following code of conduct. This code ensures a positive and inclusive environment for all volunteers, as well as the individuals and communities we serve. By committing to these guidelines, you contribute to our mission and help us create a meaningful impact.

1. Respect and Inclusivity:

Treat everyone with respect, dignity, and kindness, regardless of their background, race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or any other characteristic.
Embrace diversity and foster an inclusive environment that values different perspectives, experiences, and ideas.

2. Professionalism and Integrity:

Conduct yourself professionally and maintain a high level of integrity in all interactions, both within the organization and with the individuals we serve.
Respect confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

3. Reliability and Accountability:

Fulfill your commitments and responsibilities promptly and reliably.
Communicate any schedule changes or conflicts as soon as possible to ensure proper planning and coordination.

4. Safety and Well-being:

Follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the organization.

Refrain from using alcohol, illegal substances, or being under the influence during volunteering activities.

9. Representing the Organization:

When volunteering on behalf of the organization, act as an ambassador by upholding its values and mission.
